Lets say your email is greekophion@gmail.com and you want to create another account. Just add a period(s) some where in it like greek.ophion@gmail.com. It will be forwarded to greekophion@gmail.com. You can also put a + sign and numbers at the end like greekophion+1234@gmail.com and it will be sent to greekophion@gmail.com

If your Email is GreekOphion@gmail.com you could use any of these:
G.reekophion@gmail.com
G.reek.Oph.ion@gmail.com
Greek.Ophion+1337@gmail.com
and so on there are an infinite number of possibilities.
