first download hotspot sheild vpn i dnt provide the link coz if you have mind you can get it
after downloading install it now download the file given below in attachment and dnt worry its not a virus its skype code generator by rahul dude if u think its a virus close the thread i dnt force you to download
extract the scg.zip file anywhere in your pc now open SkypeGenWin7.exe (if you are on windows 7 then right click and run as admin)
now write 1 in amount of codes and click on genrate and wait for 1 min and when its says hss connection problem a pop up on screen this means vpn is connected now browse and download as many as you want
